Do you offer delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not have a delivery service at this time and only have four retail locations available!

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Not at this time; our retail locations only have in-store pick up services.

What are your hours of operation?

Each retail location will have different operating hours. Please see each location’s hours below:

Authentic 909 (San Bernardino): 6am - 10pm

Authentic 760 (Palm Desert): 9am - 10pm

Authentic 209 (Modesto): 9am - 10pm

Authentic 415 (San Francisco): 9am - 9pm

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. No exchanges unless items are deemed defective by the management of the store where the purchase was made.



The defective item must be surrendered in its original packaging and within the 7 day window. If a product is deemed defective, it will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. Products with no original packaging will not be honored.



We do not honor returns/cashback.

What safety measures are you taking to prevent Covid?

All staff members are required to wear gloves and masks on site while all customers are required to wear masks upon each visit. Social distancing is always enforced at all of our retail locations.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Our retail locations currently only accept cash payment.

Do you have ATMs on site?

All of our retail locations will have ATMS on site.

Am I able to purchase wholesale/bulk?

Wholesale or bulk orders are only available to licensed retailers in California. If you are a licensed retailer, please send will.lee@shrynegroup.com a copy of your state business license. Once the license is verified, our team will respond with an order request form.

When will I receive a response if I filled out a contact form?

Please give our team 72 business hours, MonDAY - FriDAY and they will respond within a timely manner.
